Brookhaven Prayer Partnership

"Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up." (Luke 18:1)

The Brookhaven Prayer Partnership is made up of women and men from around the area who have stepped outside their denominational boundaries and come together as the Body of Christ to pray for the Lord's will to be accomplished in our community.

Goal:

Pray in the purposes of God

Purpose:

Share our understanding of God’s purposes, seasons, and timing

Become more effective by developing strategies and combining efforts

Increase our passion and persistence through encouraging one another

Mission:

Seek God to learn His heart

Serve the community by soliciting specific prayer concerns in the areas of:

      Business/Agriculture

      Churches

      Education

      Families/Youth

      Government

Pray without ceasing

Enlist Christian community in prayer effort

Covenant:

Find unity in John 3:16 and that the Holy Spirit is still at work (John 16:7-15)

Respect and show consideration for different styles of prayer
